Conditions of booking:
* STRICT NO PARTY POLICY. We will not take bookings for Hens Parties, Bucks Nights, 18th or 21st Birthdays or any large group celebration.
* Strict no smoking policy.
* There is a $1000 bond payable on arrival. This bond will be refunded after departure if there is no damage.
* There is a two car tandem car space available in our underground security garage for this apartment.
